Help! My Toy Isn’t Working – Troubleshooting & Returns

Step 1: Quick Fixes – Try These First

Before you assume your toy is broken, check these simple things:

🔋 Battery-Powered Toys

  • Are the batteries the right type? (AA, AAA, etc.)
  • Inserted correctly? (+ and – symbols)
  • Removed the plastic battery tab?
  • Clean battery contacts?
  • Try new batteries — even fresh ones can be duds.

🔌 Rechargeable Toys

  • Charged for at least 30 minutes?
  • Cable firmly connected?
  • Using the correct charger?
  • No charging light? Try a new cable/outlet.

✈️ Travel Lock & Button Issues

  • Hold the power button for 3–5 seconds
  • Try button combos (check your manual)
  • Check intensity settings – may be on low

Step 3: Keeping Your Toy in Top Shape

  • Clean after every use (mild soap or toy cleaner)
  • Remove batteries when not in use
  • Don’t overcharge — unplug when full
  • Only use water-based lubes on silicone toys
