The Red Peach Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

At The Red Peach, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your
purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Unused and Unopened Items: Products must be in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Lingerie and intimate apparel
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not
receive one, check your spam folder or contact us.

4. Return Process

  • Contact Us: Email admin@theredpeach.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • Receive Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
  • Ship the Item: Package the item securely with the RMA number included. Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or our error.

5. Refunds

  • Approved Returns: Refunds processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Rejected Returns: Items that don’t meet return criteria will be returned to you without a refund.

6. Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
  • Different Size or Colour: Item must be unopened. Contact us within 30 days to exchange.

7. International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
  • Refunds processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

8. Additional Information

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. Contact your carrier.
  • Incorrect Shipping Info: Ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect details provided at checkout.
